Alan graduated from the University of Alberta in 2013, and completed the Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy in 2018. Alan went on to graduate with a Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy (DScPT) degree in 2020.
Alan enjoys the challenge of treating complex spinal conditions and pain of a longstanding nature by formulating an individualized treatment plan consisting of precise but gentle manual therapy techniques, IMS, and exercise with a strong emphasis on neuromuscular retraining. Alan believes that a thorough comprehensive assessment, utilization of clinical reasoning, and approaching problems as a quadrant is essential to guide successful outcomes, especially in treating patients experiencing pain of a longstanding nature.
