BSc. MPT
An integral component of my practice is assisting clients to regain their strength, mobility and function to return to what they love. With a strong background in the assessment and treatment of orthopaedic injuries and movement dysfunction, I focus on addressing the root cause of the injury. I have worked extensively with spinal pain, running and rowing injuries, work place injuries and whiplash care; however, I find great satisfaction in treating all injuries with a special interest in back and neck pain, pelvic pain, postural dysfunction, ankle and foot injuries, headache care, shoulder rehabilitation, and nerve pain. My treatment philosophy is a holistic, full-body approach combining techniques in manual therapy/manipulation, postural/movement correction, soft tissue release, medical acupuncture, IMS/dry needling, postural taping, core retraining and therapeutic exercise.
