I graduated from Dalhousie University Physiotherapy program in 2002. I joined the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) as a Physiotherapy Officer in 2005. I have worked with the CAF in Edmonton AB, Cold Lake AB and currently in Kingston ON. In 2007, I participated in a 6-week humanitarian mission through Central America on the US Navy hospital ship “Comfort”, providing physiotherapy services to military personnel on board the ship, as well as locals at various medical sites in Belize, Guatemala, Panama and Nicaragua. In 2009 and 2010, I deployed to Afghanistan to provide physiotherapy services to NATO soldiers and local Afghans at the Multinational Medical Hospital at Kandahar Airfield. In July 2015, I completed the MClSc. in Manipulative Therapy program at Western University. I’m currently the Physiotherapy Team Leader at CFB Kingston.
