Lauren graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and later with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy. She received her Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy from the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association in 2016 and has achieved the designation of Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy.
Lauren’s postgraduate education has been in advanced manual therapy, acupuncture, and vestibular rehabilitation. She works passionately with patients who have various orthopaedic conditions, vestibular dysfunction, and generalized deconditioning to help restore joint mobility, motor control, balance and optimal function. She believes knowledge is empowering and is the cornerstone of a successful rehabilitation. Her aim is to create enjoyable and versatile treatment plans for individual needs and have patients leave with the understanding and confidence of staying healthy
