I graduated from Acadia University with a Kinesiology Degree in 2000 and graduated from Dalhousie University School of Physiotherapy in 2005. I have been practicing in Halifax NS since 2005 and finished my Advanced Diploma in 2011 by way of the Orthopaedic Division. I am currently the Co – Owner of Young Kempt Physiotherapy, Beaverbank Physiotherapy , and Platinum Physiotherapy. Our clinics are made up of a number of FCAMPT therapists all with special interests. I truly enjoy being a clinician and also love taking on a mentorship role for other in the program. My caseload is very diverse but I have a keen interest in treating Crossfitters and Weightlifters. My philosophy is a combined Manual Therapy and Movement approach. I spend a lot time educating my patients on the how to move well.
