Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
Rae graduated from the University of Saskatchewan (1991) with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She has worked in private practice for many years developing her skills in treating orthopaedic and sports injuries. She obtained her Certificate of Acupuncture (CAFCI) in 2010. She completed her Diploma in Manual and Manipulative Therapy and joined the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy in 2011 which has provided the foundation for her treatments. She completed her Gunn IMS course in 2016 and has added this to her repertoire. This has proven to be an effective treatment for those with persistent pain due to muscle tightness and underlying nerve sensitivity (neuropathy).
She has been involved in providing medical team coverage for various sports over the years. She is currently employed at the Cypress Regional Hospital as well as opening her own private clinic in Oct. 2020.
