Roxanne graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA in Psychology in 1998, then completed her BScPT in 2001 at the University of Toronto. Roxanne started her career in Toronto in neurology and orthopaedics, then moved to Sydney, Australia where she completed her post-graduate MHlthSc in Manipulative Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 2008. She then went on to complete her 2 year Fellowship by Specialization through the Australian College of Physiotherapists in 2015 and graduated as one of 77 musculoskeletal specialists in the country. Roxanne is the immediate past Chair of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia, the Member Organization of IFOMPT in Australia. She is still involved in research in prognosis after whiplash-associated disorders through the University of Sydney, and chairs the Curriculum Steering Committee, guiding the redevelopment of the foundation courses for Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia (MPA). She was an instructor on the MPA basic and advanced courses and an Associate Lecturer at the University of Sydney. For her contribution to the growth of the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia, Roxanne was awarded the NSW Branch Award by the Australian Physiotherapy Association in 2017. Roxanne just moved back to Toronto, her home town, with her family.
