Gina graduated from Pacific University in Oregon, USA with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2003. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Calgary (1999). She is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) and is certified in both Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) and Anatomical Acupuncture. Gina has taken many post-graduate courses in orthopaedics and pelvic health and has a special interest in working with pregnant and postpartum patients. She recently returned to the University of Calgary to pursue her Masters of Community Health Sciences in Epidemiology to research postpartum pelvic floor scar tissue and pelvic health outcomes. Outside the clinic, Gina enjoys spending time with her family, and being active outdoors: running, biking, hiking, and cross-country skiing.
