Jerrick is a highly experienced physiotherapist with a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from D’Youville College in New York and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree from the University of Waterloo. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy (DipManipPT) and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). Jerrick is a manual therapy-based practitioner. He collaborates with his patients and uses a whole-body functional approach to identify the root cause of the problem. He then treats it using a variety of techniques including mobilization and manipulation of joints, nerves & soft tissues, therapeutic exercise, taping, acupuncture, dry needling, custom orthotics and bracing. Jerrick regularly participates in progressive continuing education. He has a special interest and extra training in craniofacial, TMJ and foot & ankle conditions. He is also a DonJoy trained custom knee brace fitter. On the personal front, Jerrick enjoys an active lifestyle that includes hiking, running, playing basketball, volleyball and table tennis with his family. He also enjoyed his time as a personal trainer and as a volunteer therapist with Skate Canada.
