Meghan is a private practice orthopaedic Physiotherapist based in Whistler, BC. Her professional practice integrates her passion for leadership, education and evidence-informed client care through clinical practice, her role as a mentor and educator, and as the current Chair of the Orthopaedic Division of CPA.
Meghan graduated with her Master’s of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia in 2009. She then continued her post-graduate training in manual therapy completing her Master’s of Clinical Science in Advanced Health Care Practice (Manipulative Therapy) through Western University. She is a mentor and a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists (FCAMPT) as well as an educator in her role as a Clinical Assistant Professor with the University of British Columbia.
Meghan strives for ever-evolving professional growth through continued learning and collaboration. She hopes to contribute by improving access to professional development for remote and rural clinicians to enhance availability of resources for those communities, thus empowering members of the Physiotherapy profession to provide top quality patient-centered care and evidence-informed practice.
