Olivia graduated from The University of Western Ontario with a Masters of Physical Therapy in 2015. Upon completion of the program, she received the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Orthopaedic Award. Olivia completed her undergraduate degree in Physical and Health Education at Nipissing University in 2013. During her time at Nipissing University, she worked alongside both athletic therapists and physical therapists as the head trainer for the Men’s and Women’s Varsity soccer teams for 3 seasons. Here, Olivia developed a keen interest in orthopaedic and sports related injuries.
Olivia is very active and has participated in a variety of sports including tennis, swimming, dance, gymnastics, and Crossfit. She competed as a provincially ranked gymnast for many years and afterwards pursued competitive cheerleading at the University & international level. Due to these experiences, Olivia values the importance of rehabilitative therapy in the sport setting as well as the impact an injury can have on an individual’s quality of life.
Olivia completed an additional Master’s in Clinical Science and Advance Health Care Practice in 2020 where she received her FCAMPT designation.
Throughout her education & time in practice Olivia has developed a deep appreciation for high quality, individualized care. She continues to learn and pursue further endeavors every day to help her patients succeed.
