Dana graduated in 2009 from The University of Toronto with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy after obtaining her Honours Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. She completed her Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association in 2016 Dana's area of focus is in orthopaedic and sport rehabilitation, where she treats a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including: acute and chronic low back and neck pain, tendonitis and repetitive strain injuries of the upper and lower extremities, and post-surgical conditions. Dana's treatment objectives are to restore proper biomechanics, improve nervous system function, and correct muscular imbalances using a combination of manual therapy, exercise, functional core retraining, and acupuncture. By thoroughly assessing each individual and developing a specific treatment program based on their needs, Dana is able to achieve her overall goal of getting people back to being active and doing things that they enjoy.
