Clinically, Taylor treats a variety of individuals of all ages and fitness levels, ranging from elite athletes to those less familiar with exercise. Getting to know her patients and how they can work together to achieve their functional goals is at the foundation of her practice. Taylor values teamwork to empower her patients and supplements these meaningful connections by incorporating education, exercise, manual therapy, and integrated dry needling into her practice.
For many years Taylor played competitive hockey and will always be a hockey player at heart. Outside of the clinic she enjoys running, hiking, yoga and hockey. Beyond physical activity, she loves traveling and trying new foods! Taylor embodies her passion for health and fitness, integrating it into her treatments.
