Leasa was born and raised in beautiful Nova Scotia. After graduating from St. F.X. University with an Advanced Major Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, she attended Dalhousie’s Physiotherapy program. She has been practicing physiotherapy since 2000, first in Nova Scotia and now in Alberta. She treats a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions in clients of all ages. To achieve optimal results, she uses a combination of manual and manipulative therapy, Gunn IMS, personalized exercise prescription, education and therapeutic modalities. Other post-graduate education includes Concussion Management and Rehabilitation, McKenzie Method in Lumbar and Cervical Spines, Sahrmann Movement Impairments, as well as several pediatric courses. Outside of the clinic, Leasa enjoys running, yoga, and horses. Most of all, she cherishes her time with her family and friends.
