Lorraine LeBlanc Hendry has worked in the field of physiotherapy for over 40 years in orthopaedics, manual therapy, sports injuries and paediatrics. She completed her Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy in 1994 from the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Lorraine has completed the Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy program at Andrew's University in Michigan in 2017. She was involved in her research as an Affiliate Investigator through the Department of Neurosciences in The Ottawa Hospital - Civic Campus. She recently published her paper in Spine 2021 entitled "Comparing the Effects of Early vs. Late Exercise Intervention on Pain and Neurodynamic Mobility following Unilateral Lumbar Microdiscectomy. She taught for 10 years in the Physiotherapy program at the University of Ottawa. Lorraine currently practices physiotherapy at The Sport Medicine Clinic - Ottawa Campus at the University of Ottawa. She also practices at the 360 Concussion Care located in the House of Sport at the RA Centre and Core Sports and Manual Physiotherapy in Nepean. Lorraine is Titleist Performance Certified (TPI) for the evaluation and guidance for golfers.
