Darin Cohen graduated from the University of Alberta 's Master of Physical Therapy Program in 2005. Prior to this he completed a degree in Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia in 2003. Darin is a licensed acupuncturist, registered with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute. He is a Resident of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapists (Part A Diploma of Intermediate Manual and Manipulative Therapy). He is keen to continue his postgraduate education in orthotics fitting, and spinal manipulation.
Clinically, Darin is experienced working with clients with pain and decreased function related to sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, work injuries, chronic pain, ergonomic/posture related syndromes and post-operative rehabilitation.
Away from the clinic, Darin enjoys being active by hiking, jogging, skiing, playing squash, tennis, and hockey. He keeps his mind active by writing and performing music, reading non-fiction books, and travelling overseas once every year.
