Physiotherapy Bachelor and Master Clinical Science (Manipulative therapy)
Pierre Langevin is physiotherapist since 1997 and gained his Canadian IFOMPT credentials in 2002. He holds a Master of Clinical Science from University of Western Ontario completed in 2010 and a PhD from Université Laval completed in 2022. Pierre is co-owner of Physio Interactive and Clinique Cortex. He is sharing his professional time between clinical practice, teaching at the Laval University physiotherapy program, and engaging in clinical research on back and neck pain, and concussion population. He is an instructor, and lead examiner for the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Orthopaedic Division. He has published several scientific peer-reviewed papers and has been presenter of scientific posters and podium presentation in national and international congress. He holds post graduate courses on clinical research and evidence-informed practice for neck pain and concussion. He has been part of organising committees of several major events like national meetings from 2012 to 2019, the IFOMPT 2012 congress, and the International Forum for Back and Neck pain Research 2019. Finally, he has received the 2017 Excellence award, the 2020 interprofessional Quebec Council award, the CPA 2023 education award and the Fellow title of honor of the Ordre de la physiothérapie du Québec.
